If you need help with an error using the API it’s helpful to include the following information when contacting support. This will help to provide a resolution more quickly.

  • The Dibsy account.
  • The endpoint you’re calling and the content of the request body.
  • The response headers and body. For most errors Dibsy provides a developer friendly error message in the body of the API response. You can find more information on these messages in our Handling API responses guide.
